Responsibilities:

  • Define partner objectives and values

  • Identify areas where there is mutually beneficial value

  • Proactively seek new partner opportunities in the market

  • Control a partners entire lifecycle experience

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to launch and manage partnership programs

  • Focus on all aspects of our revenue funnel, to generate top of the funnel leads while also creating added value for clients through strategic partners for customer retention

  • Operate and execute against quarterly goals and objectives while establishing and maintaining reports on key partnership KPIs

  • Collaborate with leadership to support the growth of our partner ecosystem, providing ideas, experience, insights, opportunities, and accountability

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven and deep experience in SaaS or technology partner management (3+ years)

  • Experience implementing & managing large/complex accounts

  • Passion and commitment to partner success

  • An excellent understanding of product strategy and operations, and how partners contribute to both

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and technical understanding skills
