The Opportunity: Partner - Employment
An opportunity for a driven, talented, energetic Partner to join my client's successful employment department.
Play a key role in further developing the department as part of the Firm’s wider growth plans.
Provide advisory, transactional and dispute resolution services to an existing client base which includes a range of cross-sectoral organisations, both private and public, regulated and semi-state.
Work alongside some of the industry’s most reputable employment law advisors.
The successful candidate will also require the appetite and the aptitude to introduce new clients and revenue streams to the business.
My client may also consider applications from ambitious Senior Associate Solicitors operating at Partner level.
Key Professional Skills & Qualifications:
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE
Excellent technical employment law experience
Superb client relationship development experience with a strong existing client base
Skilled at business development and identifying potential business opportunities
Excellent communication skills
Commercially minded with a strong business acumen
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
A strong team player with a proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally
Adaptable, driven and passionate about what they do
