Phoenix have partnered with a leading banking and financial services firm looking to expand their supply chain team with a new exciting role as operational administrator. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and the head of the supply chain team.A brand new role with excellent room for progression.

The Role:

The function of the Supply Chain team is to process GTS Payable & Receivable funding
transactions on behalf of global corporate clients, These transactions involve the processing of groups of client-supplied invoices that were submitted through internal and external third-party systems. It includes financing, payments, and related regulations.


  • Responsible for the delivery of agreed department production tasks described below, to ensure all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Make certain that every accounting transaction is properly processed, looked into, and remedied. Make sure that each month, all accounts are properly justified and validated.
  • Responsible for agreed operational processes and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Analysis and escalation of client issues.
  • Month end justification of accounts.
  • Processing of direct debit files to request client settlement

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in an operational role
  • 3rd level qualification in business/finance
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting processes
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
