Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members who's clients require an offering from the employment department
- Grow and develop the division in-line with the firms growth plans
- Work alongside some of the business's key stakeholders who are based in Ireland, as Ireland is an important hub for the European side of the business
- Working across a wide range of clients and industries and provide a full employment offering.
Candidate
- Employment law specialist currently at Senior Associate/Of Counsel level
- Ambition and capabilities to grow the firms employment department
- Adaptable individual who can working cross-functionally with team members
- You will have gained experience at a Top Tier firm
- Strong employment network would be desirable but not essential
- Enjoy building business and business development.
