**NQ SOLICITOR OPPORTUNITIES**

I am working on an exciting opportunity for Newly Qualified Solicitors to join the most recent new entrant firm based here in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for NQ Solicitors to gain experience working with an excellent partner in a global law firm. The role offers competitive remuneration and the chance to work in an established firm as it builds its Corporate team here in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide variety of venture capital investments, M&A transactions and private equity transactions

• Cross border M&A work

• Advising companies at all stages of lifecycle

• Acting for high profile investors

Knowledge & Skills

• General M&A and VC experience from top tier Irish, UK or international corporate practice.

• Strong academics and technical ability

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Self motivated
