Netsuite Project Manager
Minimum 6 month project, will be extended and daily rate of €500 to €650 per day.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training and basic ability to leverage the NetSuite system.
- Post a Netsuite "live" environment, multiple issues exist and are required to be resolved
- Partner with business leaders to establish real-time access to automated KPI dashboards.
- Ensure Netsuite is integrated into the website
- Build a profitability report - Excel outputs
- Work with management to ensure Signoffs of key deliverables
- Ensure multiple entities are fully integrated within the supply chain
- Ensure one source of truth and data integrity, facilitated in part through a bi-directional integration between NetSuite and other systems.
- Oversee all aspects of billing system maintenance and enhancements, while ensuring flawless billing execution
- Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
- Ad Hoc requests
Requirements
- Extensive in-depth application support experience with NetSuite
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Strong Project Manager role experience including a significant portfolio of full lifecycle ERP solutions or comparable software delivery implementations.
- At least 5 years of cumulative relevant role experience, ideally with a software vendor and/or professional services practice.
- Significant Software industry vertical domain solution experience.
- Experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, ideally using Microsoft Project.
- Excellent understanding of common industry standards business practices such as Accounting (AR, AP, GL, and invoicing), Sales Force Management, Inventory Management, and Support.
- Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Account Management, and Executive stakeholders.
- Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use.
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) - Advantageous
- PODFather software experience - Advantageous
