Exciting Opportunity for an MLRO looking to join our growing AML team in a Global Financial Services Provider

What are the minimum Requirements you need for the role?

University degree (or equivalent qualification) and ideally with the relevant Compliance or legal qualification
Sound grasp of local legal and regulatory framework (AML, CTF, Fraud etc.)
Knowledge of AML regulations is preferable
Experience of AIFM and UCITS products
Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role; preferably in a Management Company

What is your role and your responsibilities?

Acting as MLRO for funds.
Prepare quarterly MLRO Reports for fund boards.
Deputise for MLROs at quarterly fund board meetings.
Stay abreast of regulatory and legislative developments related to AML/CTF.
Assisting with the drafting and maintenance of AML policies.
Assist with annual on-site inspections of Administrators and drafting reports highlighting any findings.
Accurately conduct investor customer due diligence file reviews.
Assist with completion of AML/CFT risk assessments for funds.
Liaise with clients, Administrators and Fund Boards on AML/CTF matters.
