Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide AML/CFT duties to a range of UCITS & AIFMD funds
- Ensuring regulatory compliance is kept up to date with relevant legislation, drafting policy changes when necessary
- Create and maintain RBO's for cleints
- Drafting and maintaining AML Policies and Risk Assessments
- Act as AML SME for stakeholders
- Prepare and present board reports
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of AML/CFT experience within the funds space
- University degree and relevant qualifications, LCOI advantageous
- Strong AML/CFT regulation and legislation experience
- Previous experience presenting to senior management and board of directors
- Excellent client management skills
