M&A Associate - Generalist

​Our client is a small yet well respected UK focused Investment Banking and advisory platform looking to grow their team with some capable by hiring an Associate.

They're looking for:

  • At least 3 years of solid sector focused or generalist UK or cross-border M&A experience from Big 4, IB or CF houses.

  • A strong desire to work in a small team alongside Partners on projects ranging from retained mandates to standard buy and sell side M&A.

  • A keen interest in working on all aspects of the deal, from business development to contract negotiation.

  • Solid academic background

  • Great communication and a friendly personality
