Legal Executive
My Client is an international solar and storage developer, with offices in Dublin, London, and Sydney.
This is a full-time permanent role, joining the existing legal team. This is a broad role within the legal team and as the company grows it is likely that the role will evolve and change with the business.
Initially, the role will involve assisting with all aspects of their operations with a particular focus on real estate, energy, funding, and corporate sales including:
The role:
- Assist in the preparation and management of virtual data rooms required for large scale funding and corporate sales transactions.
- Support the legal team in funding and corporate sales transactions across all jurisdictions.
- Assist with due diligence processes.
- Have experience in reviewing contracts such as NDAs, Construction Contracts, Asset Lifecycle contracts, SPAs, and disclosure letters to identify key terms and timelines as per funding and corporate sales requirements.
The Candidate:
- Legal Executive ideally with 3-5 years' experience
- Ideally including energy, real estate, financing, and corporate.
- A high level of motivation and a friendly manner to enable effective and positive engagement with colleagues, external legal counsel, and key stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of virtual data rooms e.g. iDeals, DataSite, DropBox etc.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team.
