The Opportunity:
To join the expanding and talented Real Estate team as Legal Director in its Dublin city centre offices.

Advise a broad portfolio of domestic and international institutional, developer and corporate clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Advise on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, mixed-use developments and high-value property portfolios.
Advise on all aspects of real estate development including financing transactions and real estate issues arising in an M&A transaction context.
Advise on the sale, purchase and negotiation of commercial leases, including short terms and long-terms leases.
Advise on real estate loan portfolio transactions e.g. purchase, sale and distressed assets work-out.
Assist and advise junior members of the team as required.
Ad hoc projects as required.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor with strong Real Estate experience in an Irish or international law firm - minimum of 6 years' PQE
Excellent technical skills
Excellent document drafting and negotiation skills
Fund and private equity investments experience (supporting and negotiating)
Very strong client relationship development and management skills
Commercial and solutions-focused
Strong team player but self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills and business development experience
