As the Legal Director, you will support the company's business handling commercial and transactionaltransactional activities, compliance, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, corporate, M&A and a diverse range of other legal matters.

About You ๐
- Qualified to practice in Ireland or another EU jurisdiction.
- 6+ years PQE advising multi-national organisations on complex global matters and transactions. Ability to handle a variety of complex legal matters and identify, anticipate, and develop solutions-oriented strategies that mitigate legal risks, while achieving commercial objectives
