The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who is 4+ years PQE to join our Tech client as a Legal Counsel.

This role will be part of the EMEA legal team where you will work on a wide range of issues across a wider global legal team with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management and will lead and support commercial and transactional activities

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle management, developing new clauses to ensure consistency and best practices across the group.
• Update processes for contract issuance, negotiation and execution.
• Train on contract documentation, negotiation, execution and processes.
• Draft, review and analyse contractual terms with customers and suppliers.
• Develop strategies for contracting with customers and suppliers that maximise contractual benefits and minimise risk.
• Strategically manage ongoing commercial relationships.
• Coordinate with legal specialists to ensure appropriate focus and support from Global Legal and Compliance team.
• Deliver training to key stakeholders to ensure the company is in the best position to optimise commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE, Top Tier/Top trained.
• Previous CLM software experience is essential.
