Our client is a well established Construction business who have seen extensive growth in recent years due to winning high profile projects across Europe. This has lead to the global organisation increasing head count and revenue dramatically over the past 12 months in particular. This role will join the European HQ based in Dublin and will work with colleagues across Legal, Finance, HR, Tax etc

Responsibilities

  • Running internal fact-finding investigations
  • Identifying, analysing, and resolving issues and helping to implement improvements, not only team-wide but company-wide as well
  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing employment agreements, commercial agreements, and corporate agreements
  • Carrying out legal research related to the EMEA operations
  • Assisting in providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics
  • Assisting and advising the Companies and departments on general legal and regulatory matters and dealing with routine enquiries raised.
  • Liaise with and manage advice from local lawyers with EMEA.

What You'll Need

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor
  • Trained with a top-tier, mid-tier or boutique private practice
  • Experience working with Construction or Corporate clients would be an advantage but not essential
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use analysis and resources to efficiently resolve a complex case
  • Great attention to detail and common sense
  • The ability to excel both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced environments and make sound judgements under tight deadlines
