We are partnering with a US law firm to assist in hiring a junior to mid-senior level IP associate for their New York office. The position will involve patent litigation and also opportunities for patent transactional work
Requirements:

• 7 years of experience with a high tech background.
• degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or physics.
• Experience in either patent litigation or patent transactional work preferred. experience in PTAB proceedings would be a plus but is not necessary.
