About the Company
My client is a large US Multinational who provide a software platform to their clients across a range of different industries. They are in need of an experience Accounts Payable Specialist who can join their growing finance team based in North Dublin.
The AP Invoice Processor Key Responsibilities
- Receive, scan and post supplier invoices as needed
- Monitor matching and posting of supplier invoices and troubleshoot as needed
- Reconciliation of balances to supplier statements
- Solving invoices/creditor issues
- Ensure invoices are processed per agreed upon SLAs and time lines
- Responsible for the processing of supplier bank payments, various currencies
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Identify and coordinate the processing of invoices requiring rush turnaround (i.e. same-day, within 24 hours)
- Communicate timely and effectively with internal and external parties in a courteous and professional manner
- Function as a member of a team, demonstrating effective teamwork and relationship building
The AP Invoice Processor Experience/Requirements
- 2-4 years accounts payable or related experience
- Hard worker who can fit in well with a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of financial and accounting ERP systems ideally SAP would be most desired
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, principles and legislation requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors and customers
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Read, write and speak English.German speaker would e a distinct advantage
