Our client is a rapidly growing Northern Europe and US focused M&A advisory firm, who are now looking for experienced M&A professionals or Accountants with an entrepreneurial mindset, great personality and a genuine interest for Investment Banking to join their London office. They're offering an international environment where you can develop your skills in all aspects of M&A, with an opportunity to take on early responsibility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gain wide exposure to all that is international M&A in a range of industries

• Strong involvement in projects and current mandates, including being point of contact for clients, managing project work streams autonomously, as well as material preparations

• Guide and develop junior colleagues within mandates and projects

• Be part of a dedicated and international deal team, interacting with all of their four European offices as well as their American partners.

• Learning by doing and work in a great office, with a fun atmosphere, flat hierarchy and strong team spirit

WHAT TO BRING

• Have an excellent educational background in economics, finance or STEM

• 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, investment banking or accounting, preferably from an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or one of the Big 4 accountancy firms

• Experienced in financial modelling with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills

• A self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done

• Must be a great team player who works well in collaborative situations, with both junior and senior team members, as well as clients

• Excellent verbal and written English
