The Opportunity:
Unique newly created opportunity for a Corporate Finance Advisory professional who is looking to join a private equity fund and work alongside some of the leading figures with a proven track record within Ireland's private equity market.
Expand your experience from advisory into the direct investment space providing analytical and research support for potential transactions and actively participate in and manage due diligence efforts.
The role will also assist in the management of investee companies within the fund.

Responsibilities
Provide overall analytical and research support, including financial modelling.
Support the evaluation and execution of potential transactions.
Participate in the determination of appropriate valuations, structuring and the negotiation of potential transactions.
Manage certain due diligence workstreams on potential transactions.
Support the debt financing of potential transactions.
Prepare memos and recommendations for the investment committee.
Help to oversee our investment portfolio and work with management at our portfolio companies.
Assist with the process of exiting our investments.
Work on quarterly reporting to investors.
Qualifications
Strong academic record (minimum 2:1).
2 - 4 years investing, corporate finance or financial due diligence experience.
Experience in managing/supporting deal processes and has live deal experience (e.g. auction sell-side or buy-side) is preferable, but not a requirement.
Strong modelling and analytical skills required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Self-starter; has confidence in asking questions and ability to work independently in a fast-paced but collegiate environment.

Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
