The Opportunity:
To join a highly reputable and personable international Litigation Practice at Salaried Partner equivalent level.
Establish, lead, and scale the Firm’s insolvency and restructuring service offering leveraging from the Firm’s existing global and national client portfolio and network.
Advise international clients on insolvency proceedings in relation to corporate and personal insolvency - contentious and non-contentious.
Act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, companies, and other relevant parties in formal insolvency processes and related litigation.
Build, lead and develop a team as appropriate.
Identify and pursue opportunities to develop and scale this service offering.
Key Professional Skills & Qualifications:
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE
Excellent technical Insolvency & Restructuring experience from a top tier law firm.
Superb client relationship development experience.
Skilled at identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities and strong networking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
A strong team player with a proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
Adaptable, driven and passionate about what they do.
