We are working on a unique opportunity to join a Shannon based renewable energy company who aim to secure a fast and reliable transition to a carbon-neutral economy by providing customers and societies with clean energy and sustainable solutions.
- Participate and assist in restructurings & M&A transactions
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Responsible for the compliance areas such as MDR, Beneficial ownership requirements and company secretarial
- Responsible of risk assessment, interest controls and governance including tax governance
- Responsible for Local transfer pricing compliance & development
- Assisting in group transfer pricing projects and review
- Proactive documentation of non-routine transactions and tax positions
- Support the audit process
- Liaising with the Group Corporate Legal Team as required
- Other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time
- Travel may be required
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE, ideally in a similar in-house role or with relevant private practice experience
- Tax background desirable, but not essential
- A Bachelors degree in either Finance, Tax or Legal
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
