Newly created in-house Solicitor position with a well known client based in Kilkenny who have recently established their HQ in the south east. This is a varied position and the successful candidate will get the opportunity to work across different business units and collaborate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Legal point of contact for business units across Ireland.
• Drafting Commercial contracts and a variety of legal agreements for clients, vendors and third parties
• Support ongoing data protection initiatives across the business.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice on a range of commercial issues
• Working effectively with external counsel where required

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer or Barrister
• Experience working within a large, multinational organisation
• Experience drafting a range of commercial contracts and company agreements
• Working across different industries would be seen as an advantage
• Ability to work as part of a wider company team
