**Exclusive Role - M&A Lawyer - Global Insurance Company**

We are working with a leading Insurance company who are seeking a talented M&A Lawyer to join their rapidly expanding organisation.

What you will do?

Be responsible for all legal tasks related to any M&A and debt transactions that the company undertakes, including:

• Provide legal support to M&A projects, including portfolio transfers, as required; this would include:

-Supporting acquisition negotiations with third parties

-Managing discreet aspects of portfolio transfers such as contract novation

• Manage general day-to-day queries on legal matters, including contract drafting and review for BAU matters;

• Support on regulatory advice as needed;

• Manage post-acquisition matters, such as warranty and indemnity claims, review of constitutional documents;

• Support the legal aspects of intra – group transactions, and group projects;

• Management external counsel, including the review of terms of engagement and billing.

The ideal candidate will have significant M&A experience and have 3-5 years' experience in a leading law firm or in-house environment.
