The Head of Finance  will spearhead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with overall business goals.

This role encompasses overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Finance will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial management within dynamic, medium-to-large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
• Ensure the timely delivery of monthly management accounts, complete with variance analysis.
• Lead budgetary and forecasting efforts, maintaining stringent control and accurate reporting.
• Ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies and manage comprehensive reporting protocols.
• Prepare statutory accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, including PAYE, VAT, and CRO obligations.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the finance team, cultivating a culture of excellence.

The Person:

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in financial and business management, with strong people management skills.
• Experience in project management and driving change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.
• International or multinational experience is advantageous.
