The Client:
A leading international funds management company is looking to hire a Head of Compliance to join and ultimately lead their growing compliance department.
Located in Dublin, the role will offer a highly agile and flexible approach for candidates
The Opportunity:
- Work alongside the Senior Leadership team, including Board of directors
- Highly agile approach to work - very flexible in terms of location and back to work vs work from home
- Lead numerous regulatory projects across compliance - liaise closely with the CBI
- Excellent exposure to Irish and European regulations
- Work alongside senior external stakeholders
- Lead and grow the compliance department - working closely with other department heads, including head of risk and governance

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, draft and implementation of compliance framework in line with up to date regulatory requirements across AIF, UCIT and MIFID
- Managing diverse compliance issues including conduct risk, fraud & financial crime, regulatory compliance, data breaches
- Identify risks and assess their potential impact & likelihood - implementing any changes as required
- Horizon scanning across all upcoming regulatory changes
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years experience across Risk or compliance in Financial services
- ACOI or similar qualifications would be a preference
