Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for everything in our client's CRM, from how contacts are entered, to all workflows and automation, lead scoring, campaigns all the way through to reporting

  • Ensure all CRM data is accurate and up to date at all times

  • Design and implement a lead qualification and lead scoring system

  • Create workflows to nurture leads and pass them to Sales when appropriate

  • Create workflows for abandoned journeys and "closed-lost" deals

  • Run campaigns to turn leads into opportunities for our sales team

  • Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to run campaigns for a specific product or market entry launches

  • Create reports to monitor the performance of all CRM activities and experiments

  • Own the end to end campaigns for any company communications to our client's existing customer base

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have 3-4+ years experience as a CRM manager, ideally in high-growth B2B company

  • You have experience creating customer journeys and campaigns to nurture leads and turn them into deals

  • You have demonstrated experience running successful CRM campaigns to increase acquisition, conversion and retention

  • You are extremely rigorous and obsessed with details, you don't let anything slip through the cracks

  • You are laser focused on delivering results

  • You are analytical and like digging deep into data

  • You are great at prioritising

  • Bonus: you have experience with Hubspot
