Our client has expanded very quickly in the past 4 years and have over 20 different companies under their brand. This pace has been accelerated more recently and as such the relevant hire will need to be able to keep up. The opportunity will be a unique offering with exposure into multiple commercial deals and sectors. This is not for the faint-hearted, but the experience will be excellent.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure management accounts for over 20 entities
- Build controls and process that are best in class
- Lead and mentor a finance team, hire multiple staff in 2023
- Consolidation of entities and all inter company journals
- Cash-flow and model projections for investors/management
- Manage elements of Human Resources
- Work with the operations team
- Assist the funding and property team
- Plenty of Ad hoc Duties
Qualifications Required:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
- Previously acted as a Financial Controller
- Property experience advantageous
- Hospitality or Retail advantageous
- Worked in an SME environment a must
On Offer:
Salary: 100k-120k DOE, Bonus up to 30%, Hybrid (2 days in office)
