​We are working with a Dublin based asset management subsidiary of a leading European bank who are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join their growing team.

The role

Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for

• The follow up, analysis and implementation of new legislation or regulatory requirements

• Completing Central Bank and CSSF applications for new sub-funds as well as managing all post authorisation fund amendments

• Drafting and maintaining documents (Supplements, Prospectus, KIIDS, Business Plan) and other ancillary documents.

• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts (IMAs, investment advisory agreements, licensing agreements etc)

Experience

• Qualified funds solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE coming from leading law firm or similar in house background

• Strong knowledge of UCITS drafting and authorisations
