Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate delivery of NAV calculations
• Assist in the development of the NAV team, setting goals & acting as a mentor to direct reports
• Provide Supervision of the cash, position and OTC reconciliation process
• Assist team development by providing training and mentoring to Fund Accountants, setting goals and monitoring performance
• Liaise with internal services departments to resolve miscellaneous fund issues

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of Fund Accounting experience in Hedge Funds
• Degree in accounting, finance, business
• Intention to actively pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA), if not already started
• Ability to positively influence team morale, with the demonstration of leadership skills
