The role is as the number one in finance and working closely alongside the Managing Director and head of operations. The business has an excellent balance sheet and is very profitable.

Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full finance suite. Looking after a small team in finance and being the go-to for all financial matters within the business.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all aspects of the finance function

• Manage relationships with 3rd parties - Audit, Tax, Legal Etc

• Manage a small team in Finance

• Prepare financials for management for board meetings

• Ensure all payment runs and payroll is seamless

• Overall responsibility for integrity and timeliness of financial and management reporting

• Doing Annual performance reviews with the finance team

• Work with Managing Director on commercial issues

• Provide input into pricing decisions, supporting business tenders

• Manage Property Investment Portfolio

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant - 8+ years PQE

• Management experience - 5 years +

• Ideally worked in manufacturing

• Attention to detail

• Commercial and Business Acumen

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
