We have been exclusively retained by an ambitious and growing multi-national business. They have a requirement for a Financial Director to oversee hiring within finance, new finance systems, act as a business partner, and run the Irish Finance team. Working hand in hand with the Managing Director to help drive the business.

Responsibilities

• Business Partner with the VP of Finance and MD

• Implement KPI's for the commercial and operations

• Drive performance and culture-building out a finance team.

• Report accurate financial information to management

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Local treasury management

• Support Finance decisions and implement thereof

• Drive value, cost management, and increased efficiencies

• Cash flow and working capital management

• Acquisitions and expansion - Support leadership on investment appraisals

• Manage compliance and Risk management - Internal Audit, Sox, and tax

• Ad hoc finance requirements

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Accountant - 8 years PQE

• US GAAP and SOX advantageous

• Commercially astute

• High energy and driven personality, looking for a challenge and a fast-paced environment

• ERP systems implementation experience
