Our client is an exciting and fast-growing property investment firm seeking an ambitious, commercially focused Analyst to join their Finance team.

This role is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with at least 1-2 years post-qualified experience in industry seeking to advance their career as a Financial Analyst and will suit those combining a strong background in technical finance/accounting roles with a strong commercial mind.

Key responsibilities:

• Gathering Management and Operational data for analysis and presentation to senior management.
• Reporting on KPI's across all business units and partnering with managers to collect and implement this data.
• Responsibility for Forecasting & Budgeting across the business.
• Various reporting duties.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 1-2 years PQE in industry.
• Experience with Financial Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Experience in Project Management an advantage.
• Strong expertise in Excel is essential.
