We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join the growing finance team in Shannon, Co. Clare, on a full-time permanent basis.

- Preparing and reviewing analyses for monthly cash reports.
- Creating budgets and forecasts.
- Preparing accounting information for significant leasing entities.
- Compiling and submitting annual accounts and filings.
- Handling client audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Preparing and filing VAT and statutory returns.
- Monitoring client compliance requirements.
- Attending Board meetings.
- Collaborating with junior staff.
- Undertaking special projects as needed.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ideally, a background transitioning from practice to industry.
- Audit experience with Aircraft Leasing clients is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using a PC, particularly with strong Excel skills.
- Understanding of IFRS and consolidation accounting principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within tight operating deadlines.
- High motivation and the capability to work independently.
