My client are a large Irish company within the construction industry. This role sits as the sole contact on the team, aiming to develop out a solid finance function.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the month-end process for the business
• Provide cost analysis, reports and projections for all upcoming builds
• Gain exposure to other areas of the business, pricing, marketing, sales etc
• Preparing weekly and monthly financial and operational KPIs
• Liase with key contacts within the construction industry on-site

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA etc
• Experience in the construction sector an advantage
• Financial reporting experience essential
• Industry trained or practice trained
