We are working with a specialist Banking Advisory team who are looking for a newly qualified accountant to join their team based in Dublin. This team work closely with high profile financial heads within the banking & aviation Industry.
The Opportunity
Our client is looking to hire a newly qualified accountant who has experience working within banking, insurance & aircraft leasing with a public practice or in Industry. This candidate must have strong technical accounting skills and some process improvement experience is also an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out financial analysis on regulatory and accounting policies
Research information on technical accounting standards and provide reports to clients on findings
Provide technical accounting and regulatory advice to clients
Assist clients in the implementation of new accounting standards
Build relationships with clients and ensure the highest standard of service is provided
Assist clients with Financial Modelling and Price modelling projects
Understand the financials of our clients (financial models, financial statements etc.)
The Ideal Candidate:
ACA/ACCA qualified
Practice trained in audit or Industry experience in financial services or aircraft leasing
Direct aircraft leasing, insurance or banking experience an advantage but not essential
Very strong technical accounting skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage several projects/task at once
