​The ideal candidate will have a good grounding in accountancy from one of the Large or Medium-sized accounting practices. This will ensure that they have the fundamentals to complete accounts including consolidations. Our Client is exposed to the aviation sector and as such will offer the candidate excellent experience to thrive in this sector over the long term.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budgets & forecasts

• Month-end management accounts

• Preparation and filing of annual accounts

• Preparation of quarterly accounting information

• Dealing with various external parties for payments

• Preparation and Filing of VAT returns

• Preparation and Filing of statutory returns

• Special projects as required
  

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA

• Recently Qualified Up to 2 years PQE

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Understanding of consolidation accounting principles

• Ability to work within tight operating deadlines

• Ambitious, proactive and a team player
