Phoenix are working with a Global Financial Services Provider who after having a busy start to H2 are hiring for their expanding finance team.

They are looking for a Financial Accountant, working alongside a growing finance team. This company is super progressive, with a huge emphasis on Learning & Development, and work-life balance. See below for further responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating transaction documents to ensure compliance with any requirements specified therein and extracting pertinent information for the creation of the financial reporting deliverables.
• Ensuring high quality service delivery, including serving as the main point of contact for resolving operational challenges. Serving as the client portfolio's internal technical lead.
• Cooperating closely with offshore servicing teams to guarantee that client relationships receive a high-quality and precisely coordinated service.
• Analysing financial statements and management accounts on a regular basis in accordance with standards and time frames.

Further Role Requirements:

• Accounting Finalist OR newly qualified, or fully qual with 2-3 years industry experience.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and Irish GAAP.
• Ability to work on own initiative and take full ownership of portfolios.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
