Our client is a well known company in the Energy sector. They are seeking a Qualified Financial Accountant to join their finance team and take responsibility for a variety of month and quarter end processes.

Well suited to an industry or small practice trained Accountant with several years experience in the full Accounts Prep process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Management Accounts - Journals, Accruals etc
• Assist with P&L Forecasting
• Month End close activities.
• Assist with Annual Audits and Financial Statement Prep

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Ideally with 1-2 years post qualified experience in an industry role or a role with strong exposure to regulatory oversight
• Background in the energy industry a distinct advantage
