Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly reconciliations for US GAAP and local statutory reporting
- Manage the financial processes, policies and procedures
- Assist with the internal and external audit requirements
- Providing accounting and financial analysis to senior management and other stakeholders as necessary
- Identification and analysis of all material profit and loss accounts
- Bring an analytical mindset to current processes and drive forward continuous improvement
- Work closely with AI team to improve automation of financial reporting processes
- Drive continuous improvement across functional areas
- Participate in Ad hoc global projects
Experience required:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) 2+ years PQE
- Preference for Audit Qualified professional
- Previous experience managing junior is advantageous
- US GAAP and Sox beneficial
- Bring ideas to the table and challenge the norms
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
