​Our client is a start-up technology and e-commerce company based in Dublin. Due to extensive growth and new fundraising they are hiring a Finance Manager who will report to the Finance Director. This is a business in an extremely hot sector and trend, they are winning huge clients on a regular basis. if you have a desire to work in a collaborative and creative environment and help growth via numbers this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the AP, AR and Accounts assistant team. 

• Handle the day to day operations. Payroll, invoicing and all other financial transactions

• Produce board packs and flash reports for management.

• Cashflow projections, budgeting and forecasting. It Will be hard to predict due to massive growth but some modelling will be needed.

• Financial reporting and tax compliance - Ensure we are complying with authorities in multiple geographical locations.

• Continuous process improvement - The company is scaling and we need to innovate. Produce financial policies and procedures.

• Due to extensive growth - Ad hoc projects will be abundant over time

What you’ll need

• Qualified accountant with at least 3 to 5 years experience working in a fast-paced finance role

• Must have intercompany and consolidation experience

• US GAAP advantageous

• Must have strong systems and process experience

• Excellent computer literacy. Excel and IT. 

• Excellent organisation and ability to work to deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
