Responsibilities:
- Review commercial performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial analysis and modeling support for business planning purposes.
- Identify and measure key drivers of success to inform strategic decision-making.
- Offer finance and business support to commercial, sales, and operational teams.
- Utilise data and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure the provision of accurate and timely financial information.
- Calculate monthly work in progress and provide commentary on variance analysis.
- Prepare and present the monthly business performance pack.
- Collaborate with non-finance managers to drive the budgeting process.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required, as part of the overall finance function.
Requirments:
- Professional Qualification: CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CPA qualified
- Financial Modelling: Strong skills in financial modelling and analysis
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and expertise in Excel
- IT Literacy: Highly proficient in various IT systems; quick to adapt and learn new systems
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
