providing taxation, accounts, and business advice to farmers and agri-related businesses. Due to

continued expansion, they are seeking to hire a Finance Assistant in their office in Dublin. You will

The Role

This is a Full-Time Permanent role reporting to the Finance Manager, working in a fast-paced,

dynamic environment. Your daily responsibilities and duties, while not limited to, will include the

following:

● Accounts Payable – including Purchase Order management, processing of purchase

invoices, reconciliation of creditors accounts

● Accounts Receivable – including daily cash posting and allocation

● Bank reconciliations

● Assisting with the preparation of monthly journals

● Preparing reports for the month-end process

● Assisting in identifying and rolling out system and process enhancements

● Continuously improving and supporting a strong financial control environment

● Additional ad-hoc duties as required

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be coming from a busy Finance Department and will have;

● 2 – 3 years, a strong end to end Accounts experience

● A relevant qualification - part-qualified Accountant/Accounting Technician

● Third level degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous

● Excellent attention to detail

● Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills - Outlook and Excel

● Ability to work independently and problem solve

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

● Ability to multi-task and work within strict deadlines

● Good understanding of double entry
