Phoenix Search have partnered up with a global specialist investment bank who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their London team.

Profile:

• Someone dynamic, enthusiastic, personable, and able to work well within a team;
• 2-3 years experience in similar role;
• Someone who has experience or has the competence to look after multiple MDs at once (the role would be supporting 3-4 MDs in total);
• Someone who works well under pressure, is able to juggle multiple priorities and is proactive;
• Highly organised and high level of attention to detail;
• Someone who works well in a fast paced, challenging environment (understands the Investment Banking industry);
