The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced Tax professional to join a Global Technology Company, working within a Global Tax function.
The role will work closely with the Group Senior Tax Director (Head of EMEA Tax), to provide local tax resources to our local business functions and support the Global Corporate tax team.
Responsibilities:
Preparing, coordinating and reviewing key Tax accounting judgments, significant tax estimates, technical tax accounting conclusions, and tax disclosures.
Developing and utilising a working knowledge of multiple GAAPs from a tax perspective (FRS 102, IFRS & US GAAP)
Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments and reports
Prepare and review annual tax budgets and quarterly tax reforecasts
Assist with maintenance and compliance of key SOX controls related to tax accounting
Review tax accounts roll-forwards and return-to-provision true-ups
Assist the Corporate Tax team in monitoring Digital's quarterly/annual US REIT compliance
Qualifications
Minimum 6 - 8 years of combined public and corporate tax experience. Big 4 experience preferred; US GAAP tax accounting principles knowledge is a plus.
Good understanding of International Tax environment
Multinational Corporation Tax experience is desirable.
Experience in a SOX environment is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
