Key Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the compliance framework of the Irish and European Compliance functions.
  •  Manage the provision of required regulatory information and marketing material to investors.
  • Monitor cross border distribution of the funds under management to ensure the funds are appropriately registered in all jurisdictions in which the funds will be marketed.
  • Monthly reporting to committees and internal stakeholders as requested.
  • Ongoing monitoring of delegate issues and independent analysis of service provider reporting.
  • Assist and where required present, with Board meeting reporting.
  • Carry out oversight of arrangements with distributors so that marketing activities are consistent with the agreed distribution strategy.
  • Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure they are sufficient to meet regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years compliance experience in funds sector.
  • Suitable qualifications / experience relevant to PCF39F
  • Prior PCF experience advantageous, but not critical depending on the candidate.
  • Management company experience.
  • UCITS ETF experience preferable.
  • Proven in-depth experience of relevant regulations/guidance issued by the CBI and other relevant European regulatory bodies e.g. CBI's Fund Management Company Guidance (CP86) UCITS.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to lead projects.
  • Proven ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Proven self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong MS Office skills - in particular, Excel and Word.
