Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will take the lead in formulating and overseeing the digital marketing strategy, tactics, and objectives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving high-performance results. This role will focus on increasing online presence, optimising digital advertising, and utilising various marketing channels to reach and engage target audiences effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet online marketing targets, focusing on optimising online sales.
  • Regularly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the identification, planning, execution, and measurement of online marketing campaigns and initiatives, all in compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  • Create region-specific goals to boost direct online sales, aligning them with the company's broader marketing strategy. Cultivate and manage relationships that contribute to increased online sales.
  • Oversee targeting, forecasting, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and reporting across all digital marketing channels.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in various digital marketing channels, including marketplaces, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategies for our websites, aiming to enhance website performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies to improve website performance.
  • Analyse data to formulate data-driven strategies that deliver top-notch performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and report on results, providing frequent updates on performance metrics and KPIs set at the global and regional levels.
  • Demonstrate confidence in managing and creating digital campaigns, projects, and initiatives from start to finish.
  • Employ analytics and tracking tools to assess the success of marketing programs and make adjustments for improvements.
  • Create and deliver regular presentations and sales update reports to inform key stakeholders about progress and the competitive landscape.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Cultivate an entrepreneurial culture that encourages innovative ideas and breakthroughs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and maximise cross-functional learnings.
  • Support business objectives by driving sales and ROI while managing the program within budget constraints.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
  • Perform any additional duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have;

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • A track record of 5-7 years' experience in B2C digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing, or roles in digital leadership.
  • Profound expertise and experience spanning all digital platforms, along with a comprehensive grasp of how to enhance performance and foster online revenue and sales growth.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in spearheading, overseeing, and executing digital advertising campaigns that yield impressive outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a dedicated emphasis on Google Analytics, digital dashboards, and web statistics. Continuously assess, review, and optimise strategies based on daily metrics.
  • A history of managing, coaching, and leading teams.
  • A team-oriented individual with an unwavering commitment to achieving success.
  • A collaborative professional skilled in cultivating relationships, both externally and within the organisation.
