Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Success Associate to effectively present their offerings and benefits as a Customer Success professional. This is a hybrid role for their Dublin office

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Empathise with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customer's needs first.
- Guide and coach customers and sales with a dedicated customer success process.
- Coach customers to be product experts using our client's dashboards.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
- Identify common customer challenges.
- Help drive customer retention, references, and case studies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of customer-facing (Corporate) experience
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Consistent track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Analytical, numbers-driven, and mathematical
- Bachelor's Degree
