COUNTRY MANAGER - IRELAND | Investment Funds
Phoenix is delighted to exclusively partner with an innovative, global investment funds provider establishing their first strategic Irish operation.
We are exclusively recruiting for a Country Manager - Ireland, a strategic Executive Director level position.
This person will have ultimate responsibility for the establishment and development of our client's Irish operation which will play a critical role in our client's wider EU expansion plans.
Also suitable for for suitable candidates seeking to make the move into a Country Head role for the first time.
The Successful Candidate:
8+ years experience in the investment funds/asset management sector
ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification advantageous
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the relevant Central Bank regulatory regime with strong UCITS ManCo experience
Proven track record successfully liaising and building relationships with the Central Bank
Proven investment management (IM) experience: oversight of IM activities; compliance of delegate IM and identification/escalation of any risks or issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships cross functionally
- Adopts a positive, solutions-focused and commercial approach
