The ideal candidate will have a range of experience in corporate finance - transactions, M&A, valuations, etc and be keen on an opportunity with a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business plans, financing, and restructuring proposals

• Origination and management of M&A and fundraising transactions

• Managing relationships with all stakeholders

• Preparation of information memoranda and financial models for fundraising assignments

• Liaising with potential investors and promoters during the due diligence phase of buy and sell-side transactions

• Management of debt restructure and refinance process from start to finish

The Ideal candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) desirable

• Experience in managing property deals a big advantage

• Previous exposure to restructuring, transaction support, due diligence, and corporate finance and corporate recovery assignments

• Self-Motivator and work of own accord with the ability to meet deadlines

• Commercially focused

• Previous experience managing relationships with business owners and banks
