The Opportunity
We are working with a Boutique Corporate Finance & Advisory Firm in Limerick that specialises in capital solutions and providing transaction and advisory services to Ireland's SME market.
They are currently looking to add a qualified accountant to their growing team as a Corporate Finance Executive where you will work closely with the Directors and Partner.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of business plans, financing and restructuring proposals
- Liaising and managing relationships with all stakeholders
- Preparation of information memoranda and financial models for fundraising assignments
- Liaising with potential investors and promoters during due diligence phase of buy and sell-side transactions.
- Management of debt restructures and refinance process from start to finish.
- Review, understand and analyse business plans, restructuring proposals and supporting financial models/projections
Qualifications
- Previous exposure to restructuring, transaction support, due diligence and corporate finance and corporate recovery assignments would be an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with and managing relationships with banks, borrowers, business owners and other stakeholders in the provision of advisory services would also be an advantage.
- A commercially focused individual who has the ambition to gain valuable experience in the corporate finance sector.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including financial modelling/spreadsheet skills.
- ACA / ACCA qualification would be advantageous.
