Our Client is a boutique Corporate Finance team based in Dublin who plan to expand their client base within Ireland's SME's market and Internationally in the coming years.

The ideal candidate is a newly qualified accountant who has either trained with a public accounting practice or within the Financial Services Industry who is looking to develop an exciting career in Corporate Finance.

This role will provide the successful candidate with a range of experience in corporate finance - M&A, valuations, restructuring, due diligence etc

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business plans, financing and restructuring proposals

• Origination and management of M&A and fundraising transaction

• Managing relationships with all stakeholder

• Preparation of information memoranda and financial models for fundraising assignment

• Liaising with potential investors and promoters during due diligence phase of buy and sell-side transactions

• Management of debt restructure and refinance process from start to finish

The Ideal candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) etc

• Trained within a large accounting practice or Financial Services Industry

• Exposure to Deals Advisory, Transaction Services, Restructuring, Valuations etc is an advantage

• A Driven individual who is keen to develop their Corporate Finance career

• Self-Motivator and work of own accord with the ability to meet deadlines

• Commercially focused

• Previous experience managing relationships with business owners and banks
